All packages serve Denver, Aurora, and the Colorado Front Range. Travel outside the metro area may incur a flat travel fee — we'll confirm it in your quote.

If the venue lacks a suitable PA system or stage monitors, KCL may arrange this equipment as an additional quoted service.
The Fine Print (No Surprises)
Retainer. A 50% non-refundable booking retainer locks your date. We hold the date for you and turn down other inquiries for it.
Final balance. Due 7 days before the event.
Reschedule. One reschedule allowed if KCL has a matching date available. Reach out as early as possible — the sooner you tell us, the more likely we can make it work.
Cancellation. The retainer is non-refundable. If you cancel within 7 days of the event, the full balance is owed.
Sound check. We need permission to run a sound check before guests are affected. We'll coordinate timing with your venue contact.
Payment. We'll confirm the accepted payment method — card, ACH, or check — in your booking agreement.
Travel. Events outside the Denver metro area may incur a flat travel fee, confirmed in your quote.
