    If you create a Singer Account to participate in our events and digital queue:

    • Account Credentials: We use secure, industry-standard third-party authentication providers (such as Supabase) to manage your login credentials, magic links, and sessions. We do not store your raw password.
    • Profile Information: We store your stage name, real name, contact information, and song history to facilitate the live karaoke experience.
    • Cookies & Sessions: We use essential cookies and local storage to maintain your active login session and remember your preferences.
    • Account Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated history at any time by contacting us.
    • Minors: Our services are generally intended for users 18 and older, or minors accompanied by a legal guardian at permitted venues. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

    We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we use your data to:

    • Process talent applications, bookings, and singer queue requests.
    • Send email communications and SMS/text messaging regarding your application, scheduling, auditions, bookings, and events (you may submit Do Not Contact requests at any time).
