Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Karaoke Chaos Live website (the "Service") operated by Karaoke Chaos Live ("us", "we", or "our").

2. Booking and Events

When you book an event or submit a request through our platform, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. All bookings are subject to availability and final confirmation by our management team.

Music Licensing: Music licensing responsibilities may vary by venue, event type, and use. Venue/client is responsible for confirming required public performance licensing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Singer Queue and Participation

Participation in our live-band karaoke events is at your own risk. By creating a Singer Account, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account credentials.

Queue Rules: We reserve the right to manage the singer queue at our sole discretion to ensure a fair and entertaining event. This includes skipping missed turns, restricting duplicate song selections, and substituting songs if necessary. We may refuse service, remove participants, or suspend accounts for users who behave inappropriately, disrupt the event, or violate venue rules.

4. Recording and Media

KCL allows guest, audience, performer, venue, and casual social media recording when the venue permits recording. Recording may be restricted when required by the venue, client, event agreement, safety concern, law, or platform rule. Official commercial recording, broadcast, or live-streaming requires written KCL approval.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Karaoke Chaos Live and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

6. Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Karaoke Chaos Live. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
